Jeff Nichols (CSCS)
Nichols spent eleven years as a Navy SEAL with SEAL teams on the East and West coast. Nichols completed double digit combat deployments and has been awarded numerous combat citations for valor and commendation. After honorable discharge from Naval service Nichols became the Co-Founder and Co-Owner of Virginia High Performance LLC in Virginia Beach. Nichols currently owns and operates Performance First LLC, where he privately trains individuals and teams for MIL, LE, and Fire services within the US. Nichols also focuses on training relevant to amateur and professional teams, MMA, wounded veterans, and various national and international tactical organizations. 

Kyle Maynard
Kyle Maynard is a motivational speaker, New York Times bestselling author, entrepreneur, and 2-time ESPY award-winning mixed martial arts athlete, known for becoming the first quadruple amputee to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Aconcagua without the aid of prosthetics.
Stew Smith (CSCS)

Former Navy SEAL Officer published fitness author. Stew Smith is a Navy SEAL Veteran who supports the Tactical Strength and Conditioning program of the National Strength and Conditioning Association and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He also has over 1000 articles on Military.com Fitness Forum and over a 100 Podcasts – Tactical Fitness Report focusing on a variety of tactical fitness issues recruits and military, police, and fire fighters face throughout their career. 


Dr. John Sullivan 
Dr. John Sullivan is a Sport Scientist and Clinical Sport Psychologist with over twenty years of clinical and scholarly experience including sixteen years with the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL) coordinating clinical care and sport science. He holds appointments for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), as well as being consultant to the English Premier League (EPL), the elite military in North America, and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). In addition, he is a visiting scholar and sport scientist at the Australian Institute of Sport and a visiting professor at the Queensland University of Technology within the Biomedical Sciences, Neuroscience, and Psychology departments in Brisbane, QLD, Australia.

Steve Smith (CSSD)
Smith is the founder of Targeted Performance Nutrition, where he prepares all levels of athletes from amateur to professional along with elite military for optimal performance. Smith has been a Registered Dietitian for 9 years, working with athletes of all ages in amateur and professional sports. Steve began his career as a strength and conditioning and nutrition intern at Appalachian State University. After finishing formal training, he spent the next nine years in private training facilities, the NBA, USASOC, and the NFL, preparing athletes and operators to function at the highest levels.




Jason Bloom
Jason Bloom has been in the Fitness and Sports Performance Industry for 15 years. Holding a Bachelors and Masters in Exercise Physiology, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, as well as being a Performance Enhancement Specialist. He has worked at all levels from Personal Trainer in a traditional commercial setting, owning his own facility, to running a multi million dollar organization. Jason has trained athletes and clients of all levels including over 300 professional athletes and 1000’s of youth performance athletes. Jason has worked with some of the largest private gyms and highest level sports performance facilities in the country.


Zamia Cohen
Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with 16 years of hands on experience. She is dedicated to inspiring people to find the best tailor-made solutions for behavior and lifestyle adjustments. Clients seek her help with stress, sleep, travel, and pain management (including microcurrent point stimulation (MPS) therapy)...ultimately, anything that influences the client's well-being that is within her scope of practice. Each person's life is unique and therefore, so is the strategy for creating change. As the founder of Good Human Fitness™, Zamia’s goal is to help each client become healthier and happier from the inside out so they move better, feel better and live better...enjoying life as much as possible. Zamia received her Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Lake Forest College and then headed to Penn State University where she completed her Masters Degree in Physiology. She keeps her professional practice up to date with conferences, symposiums and certification courses in nutrition, movement/strength training, and Dolphin Neurostim MPS therapy.

Jon had a multi-faceted military career starting as an explosive dog handler and then moving on to become an Operation Chief for the Marine Special Operations Command at 2D Raider Battalion. In that time Jon embarked on 5 combat deployments along with state side billets in Assessment & Selection, Training & Education, Intelligence, and Special Activities. Due to accumulation of injuries and multiple surgeries Jon was medically retired from service Aug 2016.
